Chief Deputy (Ret.) Rod Englert, Multnomah County, Oregon

Chief Deputy Rod Englert is a 43-year veteran of law enforcement with extensive experience in working and processing major crimes specializing in homicide crime scene reconstruction and blood spatter. Rod has a degree in Police Administration from California State University with some post-graduate work in psychology and he is a graduate of the FBI National Academy. Chief Deputy Englert conducted approximately 600 workshops and training seminars on managing criminal investigations, solving unresolved homicides, blood spatter interpretation and crime scene reconstruction to law enforcement personnel in 35 states as well as Canada, Russia, England, France and South America.
