Tom McAndrew is a twenty-five year veteran of the Pennsylvania State Police and is assigned to Criminal Investigation Assessment Unit at Troop N Headquarters in Hazleton, PA where he conducted Major Investigations and Criminal Personality Profiles. Other duties include homicide investigation and behavioral analysis at crime scenes and requests for Amber Alert activations. Presently, Tom is Major Case Investigator for The Lehigh County, PA District Attorney's Office.

He holds a Master's Degree in Investigative Forensics and an Undergraduate Degree in Criminal Justice. He has been a guest speaker at numerous colleges and universities and has received numerous awards and citations during his career including having been named Pennsylvania's Homicide Investigator of the Year in 2000.

Cpl McAndrew is a member of the Vidocq Society, The American Investigative Society of Cold Cases, The Middle-Atlantic Cold Case Homicide Investigator's Association, Pennsylvania Homicide Investigators Association (member 1995, Vice President 2001-2003, President 2004-Present) and The IHIA.
